Thank you for shopping with MorQora. We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged or incorrect items are handled.
MorQora currently serves customers within the United Kingdom only.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions, including where to send the item. Please do not send any item back before receiving return approval from us.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MorQora cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will provide further assistance and may cover the return shipping cost where appropriate.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at morqora@web-library.net.
Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number. Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you may need to wait until it arrives and then request a return under this policy.
10. Refused or Failed Deliveries
If an order is refused by the customer, not collected, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may deduct any delivery, return, or handling costs from the refund where permitted.
