Thank you for shopping with MorQora. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered to our customers within the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Coverage

MorQora currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (where available): 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly shown prior to payment.

From time to time, MorQora may offer free shipping promotions within the United Kingdom. Any such promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email once their order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may occasionally take time to appear after dispatch.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

MorQora cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Carrier delays

  • Operational issues affecting logistics providers

MorQora shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the relevant carrier.

Customers may be asked to allow additional time for carrier investigations before a replacement or refund can be considered.

9. Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the package

  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)

Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable remedy.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, or failure to collect the parcel from the designated location, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Any costs incurred due to failed delivery attempts may be deducted from any applicable refund where permitted by law.

11. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may instead be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
